As a founder or CEO, you’re expected to share your point of view with the world.
But what if you’re uncomfortable putting your thoughts into words, or just don’t have the time? Ghostwriting is the cheat sheet you’re looking for.
I write LinkedIn posts and executive content for HR tech and SaaS leaders who want to bring life to their ideas without having to knuckle down and do the actual writing bit.
LinkedIn ghostwriting for HR tech CEOs and founders
LinkedIn is often the first place people encounter your voice, whether they’re potential customers, partners, or future hires.
I create LinkedIn posts that reflect your perspective on HR, leadership, the world of work, or your product category.
Executive content ghostwriting
I also ghostwrite longer-form content for executives who are contributing to external publications like Forbes Council or building a personal point of view on their own blog.
I capture leaders’ voices and translate them into clear, publishable writing, without diluting or over-polishing into something generic.
My approach to ghostwriting executive content
Executive content works best as an ongoing engagement. That doesn’t mean I’ll be jamming your calendar with catch-up meetings, but I do want you to feel comfortable sharing your ideas with me. My low-maintenance approach looks like this.
We start with a short conversation
This helps me understand how you think, what you care about, and what you do or don’t want to say publicly. It sets the foundation for everything that follows.
We select the best ideas
I’m used to working with senior leaders who don’t have time for unnecessary meetings or long back-and-forths. I’ll brainstorm content ideas for your review. I also welcome your ideas via voice notes, bullet points, or quick thoughts whenever you have them. My job is to turn your musings into publishable content.
I draft, you review
I draft content in your voice and share it for review before anything goes out. You stay in control without being pulled into long email exchanges or endless revisions.
You feel 100% comfortable
I won’t push you to comment on topics you’re not comfortable with or chase engagement for its own sake. If something doesn’t feel right, we don’t use it.
The goal is always thoughtful, consistent content that sounds like you, without becoming another thing you need to manage.
What founders say
“Rebecca is a phenomenal content writer — we’ve been consistently impressed by her depth of research, writing style, and quality of work. She also goes one step further in thinking about the intended goal of the content, target audience, and any potential constraints. Highly recommend working with Rebecca!” — David Paffenholz, co-founder of Juicebox
